May Your Sparkling Brings Joy To Every One!

May Your Sparkling Brings Joy To Every One!Has your daughter started getting a bit scared by the mention of 'Aunt June'? Maybe it's that morning school gossip, or a little inappropriate text from her boyfriend's phone - it could be anything that is causing your little one to become frightened.Don't laugh, because you need to deal with the situation. Your daughter is in the seventh grade and it's about time that she was allowed to go to school and get involved with the world. You are upset with yourself because you don't know how to help, or what to do. All you can think about is: Is there something I can do to get my daughter back in her good books?Don't laugh, because a mistake can get you out of a lot of trouble if you don't know what to do. You have several options for getting your child back on track. You can just let the situation go on and hope that the person who did this is really an old friend. Or, you can make a personal approach. If you want to approach the person directly, look at the safety issues and crime issues surrounding a child coming in contact with a sexual predator. This is a very good example of why you should talk to your child's teacher, and the school itself, before you say a word to anyone else. Most people think that approaching a teacher for assistance is for adults but a teen girl may not be able to do it on her own. The school has some special rules and requirements that parents must meet before contacting the principal.Make sure that you show the principal that you are a respectful child who wants to talk. Explain to the teacher that your daughter is uncomfortable with what she is hearing, and would like some time to get away from it all.Youmay not be able to get your child to talk with you directly, but that doesn't mean that you shouldn't try to get an immediate response. You may be the only adult in the school who can help, but you may be the one who can break the ice and create a working relationship with someone who can help.T his is just one example of how you can help a teen girl through a difficult situation. The key is to be a good listener and take action.
